Second session with the trainer.

It was a good session, I was only mildly sore two days after. From our initial interview where I told him I disliked weights and repetitions, he made an appoint during our session to keep me moving from station to station (which I really liked!) preventing monotony.

One thing I learned though, if I told him something wasn't difficult or if he could somehow tell that it was too easy for me, he made tougher by adding more weights and/or extra movements. I wish getting into shape was easier =P Regardless, it's still fun and interesting-I'm gonna be ripped come next summer...(hehe, no, I'm lying, hopefully, I just won't be round anymore).

Current self-evaluation: slightly sore & chubs.
