Somersaults.

You know that feeling when you have had too much to drink the night before, mixing all sorts of alcohol and the last couple of hours of the evening which extended to the early morning just didn't register. You wake up to a horrible headache, your mind is foggy, your mouth is dry and you wonder what happened. At this point, you want to drink water, but you can't because either a) there's no water within reach or b) drinking water will make you throw up. You also don't want to throw up because it means you will have to get yourself to the bathroom and we know that moving at this point REALLY hurts. What does one do? You curl up into a ball underneath your covers moaning while internally scolding yourself for being irresponsible and that you are, truly, too old for this.

I'm sure you all know that feeling, now imagine you HAD to get up and get ready to give a presentation to your boss and people that could make or break your future AND you have a giant zit on your nose. Pretty great feeling huh? Ok, let's take this a little further...so you get ready, mask previous night's debauchery with makeup, drown yourself with coffee and tylenol and somehow manage to get to this presentation, appearing semi decent only to find that your powerpoint presentation has been corrupted...no backup, no recovery files (Windows failed you once again...hehe, sorry I had to throw that in)...ouch.

If you stayed with me through the two previous paragraphs and managed to relate and somehow sympathize, I'm truly sorry for you. I digress. If you somehow understand how that feels, multiply that by about 100 folds and that would be where I am now*.

Don't worry, it's not that bad...I just happen feel the need to be very explicit with how crappy I feel at the moment. Perhaps I will elaborate later...

* Contrary to what you may have thought, no I wasn't drinking last night, nor was I drunk. I was trying to describe the degree of 'badness' I felt relative to experiences that most of you have had...I wanted you to relate to me, so to speak.
