And now, the story behind it. So there's this new trendy fitness class (for those of you who know, yes it's called Chair Fit) that uses a chair as its primary exercising tool. From what I understand, some dangerous/fun/sexy maneuvers are involved and I said, "I think I'll need a helmet."
