Let go.

Letting go seems to be most difficult thing for people to do. People refuse to let go of something that makes them happy, but when the other party wishes to go, you are only making yourself more miserable by holding on. At the end of all the tears and heartache, you are so fuelled with the feelings of anger and sadness that all the happiness you once felt are lost. What I have learnt through my few years of being…a little older than my younger years (*blush*), is that people will do anything they can to 1) get you back or 2) get back at you. So being a few years older than my younger days (i.e. Wiser), I have learned to choose my path and not deter from it. Many times, I have veered from my decisions and those are the times where my memories have been stained with regret. Lesson? Do whatever it takes now, make up for it later.

But what happens when both don't want to let go?

Why are "both" in denial? Why prolong the period of misery? Can you afford not to let go?
