Incompetence.

There was a time when I had access to all things technical at a company and now...I've become one of...them. There I was, early in the morning, sitting in front of my computer about to check my email. I clicked open lotus notes and I was unable to access my email...Strange, I thought. I checked my settings, they looked right and besides, I haven't changed anything so why wasn't it working? I asked my colleague for help and as much as I didn't like the advice, I took it. I restarted my computer. *SIGH* Restarting didn't solve the problem, so I called the company tech support and now I'm sitting here (still), helpless and frankly, a bit peeved that...*breath* my email isn't working and I can't do anything about it. How do I feel? Incompetent.
