Evolution of Me

Q: What would my life be like without an inner monologue?
A: A lot of pissed of people around me.

Resolution: Keep the inner monologue.

Q: Would the quality of my mental health improve with a bit more open-ness?
A: I'm a little undecided on that one. I did a little experiment with it and learned that in opening up a "bit", I exerted 2x as much effort in containing my own emotions.

Resolution: Keep my mouth shut and deal with it. Mental tallying has worked so far, why mess with a well oiled machine.

Q: So what IS the evolution of me?
A: I reflected, experimented and decided my old way was the best way.

Sorry for wasting your time, BUT that is the purpose of your visit here, so You're Welcome!

Opening up is emotional, but I think its worth it!! Everything is different when you let others know whats going on. Harder, yes, but more satisfying.
Think of it as living dangerously :)
